Now I am working in a sales marketing department as a sales staff. My responsibilities are to maintain relationship with the current customer, to find a new customer, to provide support to customers concerning IT, to plan a new business, to implement sales promotion activity, and to manage everything about the above mentioned jobs.
How is this job challenging for you
I have been working with TTNI unbelievably long time and I always wonder why. It is probably because with TTNI I can experience many things, always have new opportunities, and have useful advice from superiors. With these things combines, my job is more challenging for me than any other jobs.

I am a leader of a technical support team. To be more precise, my job includes schedule management of engineers, assignment of responsibility in a project to each engineer, job evaluation, and technical advice. I am always trying to enable each team member to work in their full potential.

Can you tell me about your job?
I am working in a help desk for Asia Pacific region as a customer support. My customer includes customers in countries such as Indonesia, Australia, Philippines, South Africa etc. My desk is a primary counter in case of failure in production and logistics system. We are trying to solve problems in many applications, infrastructure, and network. Our mission is to analyze problems or requests of customers and provide the best service in response.
How is this job challenging for you?
We can learn lots of things from customers. What we learn from customers is by best experience. I feel pleased to be able to provide support for problem solving to customers. I also like family-like atmosphere in my work place.
