1. In collecting, using and distributing personal information, We shall assign a person in charge of privacy management, define clearly in advance how the information will be used and whether personal information will be distributed to the outside party or not. We also acquire approval from the owner of the information before collection of information.
2. In order to strictly follow laws, guideline or other guidelines concerning personal information management, we shall establish and operate personal information management system in a proper manner.
3. We recognize the importance of personal information. Therefore, we shall establish personal information management system in us or our supplier and take other reasonable safety and correction measures in order to prevent illegal access to personal information, leakage, deletion, destruction, or alternation of personal information.
4. We shall, by monitoring changes in social environment concerning personal information management or periodical internal audit, continuously review and improve personal information management system.
