We construct various servers such as web servers, file servers, proxy servers, mail servers etc., according to the needs of the customers from scratch. We also flexibly satisfy other requests such as replacement to new servers because of the aging of the current servers.

Flow of Installation

We will ask for the customers’ request prior to the insulation of servers.

1.Consulting

By investigating the customers’ current environment, we will try to understand challenges and problems concerning customers’ requests. We will make proposals on selection of hardware, installation method for servers, and how to operate in a manner that fits the current environment and customers’ requests.

2. Designing

We will design environment components (such as server layout) and server function setting.

3. Replacement or new construction

We will construct servers and make settings.

4. Operation

We will provide operation training to operations manager of the customers. In case the customers have no operations manager, we can provide support in operation (T-NMS TTNI Network Monitoring Service).

New installation or replacement of telephone equipment

We will investigate current equipments in order to realize optimal design and installation that satisfy the customers’ requests. If the current switching equipment is no longer manufactured for which manufacturers’ warranty is no longer available, there is a risk that recovery takes long time or it is impossible to recover

Consultation and Recommendation on IP phone (VoIP)

We and provide consultation and construction services IP phone systems, its corroborative use with computers or broadcasting facilities. The number of companies that utilizes IP phones and wireless system is increasing as a means to reduce communication costs and at the same time improve efficiency. We provide support in the installation of IP phone such as selecting IP phones or making recommendation on the design on how to use IP phones corroboratively with business phones or PBX.
